Refund Policy

Return Policy

 Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order (the window begins the day tracking shows as "delivered"). Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return submission to qualify for a full refund.

Split Packages: For orders arriving in multiple packages, the 7-day window begins from the delivery date and time of the final package.

Restocking Fees: Orders returned without meeting the criteria above are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the return entirely.

Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your package for processing. Rejuvenate by Jenna will email you once the return is complete to confirm the outcome.

Final Sale: Please note that certain categories are final sale and non-returnable.
