Finding Peace & Closure

We all navigate grief in our own way. After the initial shock, my own path involves a quiet retreat and keeping busy. I turn to faith, speaking to God and praying for my loved one, and then I quietly wait for a reply. Perhaps it will come in a dream, or perhaps at a moment I least expect it. I sit in the quiet, waiting.
I hold onto the certainty that he is in a better place now, reunited with the family he surely missed. My prayer is simple: "Lord, welcome him into the kingdom of heaven."
Finding Peace and Closure
The path to closure is deeply personal, and there is no wrong way to find peace. Whether you keep a journal, immerse yourself in a chosen activity, or lean heavily on friends and loved ones, it is all okay.
Though the hurt and pain you feel now are immense, they will eventually subside. While you will always miss the one you lost, you will, at some point, find a quiet peace in knowing they are okay. Hold fast to the hope that one day, you will see each other again.
